Transition Year Survival Skills Programme

Set in our base camp location in the Beautiful Forests of Belmont Demesne our four week programme for transition years students focuses on developing Resilience, Team work & Leadership skills while enhancing an appreciation and understanding of our natural & wild environment. The course encompasses four modules of 2.15hrs each which can be done as two per day with lunch in between or one per week for 4 weeks- we are flexible (some modules may be subject to change on occasion due to seasonal or other factors). The course is delivered by Alec Dunne, trained and qualified Forest school leader (Level 3 OCN), certificates in Ecology, Permaculture, Sustainable Woodland Management, Wilderness First Aid Certificate and founder of the hugely popular Forest Club.

 

All participants of the Transition Year Programme will receive a Certificate of achievement 

The cost of the course is €60 per student for the 4 Modules
