Our Forest Adventure camps are packed full of action and adventure and are run on school holidays throughout the year (with the exception of the Christmas break).
Camps have low child to adult ratios with a max of 8 children to one leader and there is always a minimum of at least two Forest Club leaders per group.
Our Forest Adventure camps allow children to connect with and learn about nature, learn new skills and are lots of fun!
Camps are for children in the 5-11 age group and are run from 10am-2pm.
All camps are Monday - Friday and open to participants 5-11 years old , (we can take 4 year olds however advise to call us first)
We have a sheltered/covered area to use in case of rain .
Times: 10am-2pm each day
Cost: €138.50 per 5 day week (€10 sibling discount) Cost Includes all materials for activities, crafts, marshmallows for toasting and a cold drink each day (orange cordial/mineral water)

Belmont Demesne, lower Windgates Road - our private woodland is located 5/10 minutes from Bray, Greystones, Delgany and the N11. Directions and link on google maps provided at the time of booking. Our base camp is equipped with swings, hammock, outdoor mud / play kitchen area, seating for lunchtime, 1-3 tarpaulins for shade/shelter & hand wash facilities.
Signing of waiver/disclaimer & completion of registration form The reason we ask for a waiver to be signed is so that we can be compliant with the terms and conditions of our insurance policy and that all children attending will be fully covered by our own insurance policy. The signing of waivers is standard practice across the board in many such businesses
Waterproof jacket, waterproof leggings, hat, scarf & gloves.
A backpack for them to carry their gear if not being used.
Packed lunch and drink.
Plenty of snacks (not too many sugary treats. Some sugar is helpful to keep us warm on a cold day by keeping our blood sugars up… think fruit, muesli bars etc.)
Good outdoor footwear:- hiking boots, outdoor runners or wellies
NB. Please pack any medications needed, i.e. inhaler, epi-pens and let us know.

Harvest wild garlic and make your own delicious pesto from it- you also get to take some home to share !
Base Camp
Chill out on the swings and hammocks at or make your own mud pie or pine needle soup at base camp.
Camp Fire
Learn how to light your own camp fire from scratch using flint.
Charcoal making and rock art
Make your own charcoal , use it to make some cool rock art and take some home to practice your drawing!
Build a Den
Get into teams - learn how to build a den using all natural materials, there is time each day so you can add to your den, water test challenge at the end of the week !
